Optimum Foncier inc. is a holding company which operates mainly in real estate management. The Optimum Group has been active in real estate since 1978. Optimum Foncier's mission is to manage the Group real estate assets in Canada, France, United States and the Caribbean’s, and to always be on the look-out for investment opportunities in cities where the Group is present.
